 meet lucy. her current ambitions include having fun whenever possible and giving her parents grey hair. she's sharp as a tack, and could be a top student, but she chooses not to take advantage of her brain power when it concerns school work. her artistic ability is huge, doodling is one of her main past times, and her camera is always on her person. she isn't your typical slytherin, especially not in terms of her relatives, but is mainly in the house due to some determined persuasion on her part. she feels that her parents reaction was well worth all the trouble.
``friends
lucy collects students that her parents wouldn't approve of like slughorn does students with potential. she specializes in slytherins, though would love anyone that's undesirable in her parents eyes. not to say that she isn't a good friend, she's just hardwired to like those with darker intentions a little more. it isn't hard for her to make friends, what with her outgoing personality, and can stubbornly continue with her friendly advances even if the person in question isn't taking them like she wants them to. she'd doubtless drag her friends with her on all of her schemes in the search for fun.

not everyone's going to like her, which is too bad for them, because lucy will probably like them all the more for their dislike of her. if lucy were to actually actively dislike anyone, they'd have to be extremely organized, rule following, and rather clean cut. insults aren't a big deal to her, she'll just throw one back with a smile, thinking the conversation terribly amusing. enemies would probably be one-sided and fun to write out, what with lucy not caring if they don't like her. she'll try to be friends and put up with them. on the off chance that she'd bother someone enough for them to hit her she would either laugh it off or retaliate. don't expect any weak punches because she's got beater muscles. ^^
``juliets and romeos
ah, young love. this weasley is heteroflexible, with a slight bend toward those with personalities that percy weasley would have a horrible meet the parents episode with. generally, lucy's not deliberately flirtatious unless someone else is first. her interaction with her friends can be a tad forward now and then, but she thinks nothing of it. she's had a few past relationships, nothing too serious, so maybe your character is one of those? currently, she'd like to have someone to invite over when holiday break comes around, because christmas just isn't christmas without a freak out or two from her parents.

as a part of the weasley-potter clan lucy's family is huge. not everyone is going to understand how and why her circles of friends is the way it is, but that doesn't bother her. some of them might try to introduce her to people that they consider better friend material. lucy loves secrets, and, i imagine, would know lots of family ones. she'd be one of the trouble-seeking cousins, and would be happy to rope you into whatever her rebellious, but fun, plans may be.

lucy & remyi can see them being friends; remy is undesirable to anybody's parents, she's a total rebel. she'd probably flirt too, she's bi and she doesn't really care about what people think of her- she believes her real friends will put up with it and just hit her or something. mneh >.< i'm failing at plotting atm. can we think of anything interesting? she'd probably think lucy was a bit of a blood traitor, but put up with her anyway.

remy && lucy i dunno if remy has much of a guilty conscience about "fraternizing with the enemy" (or miss lucy halfblood, in this case), but it'd be fun to do this sort of thing where they're the type of friends that when you see them, if they went another step beyond the line you'd tell them to get a room, but they never do. they always just toe the line when it comes to public displays of affection, and poor remy is starting to beat herself up about that, maybe? she might constantly forget about lucy's origins, only to remember and beat herself up about it? meh. you know remy better than i do. ;]
ooooh. another idea. lucy wouldn't care at all if remy is bitchy to her, she'll just throw an insult right back or practically swoon at the slytheriny-ness of it all. so, maybe one-sided friends, with remy occasionally allowing herself to go along with one of lucy's plans? oh, and lucy just told me they should drink fire whiskey together sometime and then terrorize first years, or something.
so, yeah. we could do either, or a mix of both, or something else entirely! whatcha think? ^^
roxanne && lucy hrm. i'm thinking they might be a little... edgy around each other, and really only get along when they're doing something silly together, like pulling a prank. ;] other than that, i can see them having endless arguments about their choice of friends. i don't think roxanne would approve too much of lucy's serpent buddies. oooh, thought: it'd be funny if they always tried to introduce each other to what they thought of as the ideal friend. not really a house rivalry thing, but more of a 'my house has better people' war between them. xD
and apparently lucy wants to call her roxie, and other ridiculous nicknames. yeah.

sounds awesome :] remy just doesn't have much of a conscience. full stop. she hates blood traitors, but if she knew lucy before her bloodline it'd be fine, and it'd be okay 'cause the weasley's are proper purebloods anyway (plus, she's half veela, not exactly pureblood herself). flirty friends would be awesome, and the crazy plans. she's the sort of girl who'd terrorise first years (and she's nodding madly at the firewhisky plan <333) lol it'd kinda be like envious friends or something? i love both, so a mix?
