He has deep-set brown eyes that shine like bronze coins. His blonde hair is very short and is often worn in a weird yet artistic wavy style concealed under a hat. His clothes often consist of reds and whites but he can also sport darker colours in the winter. He's generally an optimistic dresser and will rarely be caught without a smile on his face.

Munching on some acid pops, Frank had no idea his parents were about to tell him and his siblings they were divorcing. They were ten years old at the time and had recently watched them holding hands happily together at their christenings, so the divorce made no sense to the siblings at all. They lived in Essex at the time and Frank had only just started painting. He loved to paint with his nanny while his parents were working, loves his art. He envied his brother entering his teenage years, his brother seemed to shoot tall like the perfect arrow and had a very muscular form, whereas Frank was a scrawny figure with the face of a child. Back then he had long, straight hair and thought little of his appearance. What came off worst for him though was the belief that his mother was fancying another man, and the wonder never ceased not even at their wedding.
Their marriage started to decline when Frank's niece was born, his mother was forced to adopt her when their aunt died in childbirth. His mother had made a name for herself as a mother-of-the-year type figure and his stepfather didn't like it one bit. Hogwarts was an amazing change for Frank where he could do exactly what he wanted with magic. He also had a unique job decorating which, despite only being called on a rainy day, gave Frank a chance to be inventive. Until dusk Frank loves to read, and he still paints despite knowing it would be quicker with magic. He decorated the halls that his mother was married in for her third wedding. She and her husband was filing for a divorce next year while Frank will be busting his ass trying to get an 'O' in his Care of Magical Creatures which is his favourite subject. Anyone that doubts this can ask the scorpian he keeps in his pocket.
