as you may have noticed, isobel's lineage goes back to bulgaria. that being said, she's a bit different than the usual blonde hair and bright blue eyes sterotypes that can usually be found. her body is perfectly normal for someone her age- she has absolutely no desire to trash it with drugs or anything like that. nor does she really have any insecurities with it. what you see is what you get, right? a large majority of her looks comes from her mother, though she does get her skin tone and her eyes from her father. she doesn't consider herself beautiful or ugly. in fact, she's just...well, she's just isobel.

- most people know victor krum as the legendary quidditch player. isobel knows him as her father. starting with the second war, victor krum's career was nosediving into the ground. when there's a mad blood purist out there slaughtering muggleborns, there's really no time for quidditch. during the war, he moved, somewhat unwillingly, to england to keep away from the whole damn mess. and it was there in a small town where he met katherine percy, a woman who was somewhat lacking knowledge in the whole ' who's famous ' game. needless to say, he liked the fact that she had no idea who he was. later on, they fell in love. it was because of her that victor decided to stay in england.
- give or take a couple of years, the war ends and they get married. enters miss isobel katherine krum, the only daughter of katherine and victor krum. she grew up in a somewhat isolated neighborhood. victor krum was, after all, a famous quidditch player. until, oh- that's right !, his career went down the toilet. at the time, isobel didn't really see a problem with that. she spent most of her time with her mother, who basically molded her into who she is today: maternal, curious, and basically just your typical idea of a girl next door. more or less, that is. that isn't to say that isobel doesn't have her flaws, of course. she's human.
- by the time her magical genes kicked it, it was far too late to go back to victor's homeland. besides, drumstrang? isobel? ha. yeah, right. she was enrolled into hogwarts without another thought. she was sorted into ravenclaw for her, and i quote, ' endless curiosity and her strange way of viewing the world. ' who knew? skip a couple of years, here's where isobel is today. a ravenclaw with an uncanny sense of humor, a bright curiosity, a somewhat reserved lady who gets her romantic side from her father, ironically enough, but has never fallen in love, and of course- a complete and utter lack of interest in quidditch.
