landon can be a jerk. but he can be nice if he actually cares about someone. he isn’t the type of person to befriend people quickly (or easily). his friends would probably mainly be slytherins, though he could have a few outside of his own house. out of his friends there would probably only be a handful of them whom he actually trusted and hung out with outside of the party scene.

he isn’t the typical slytherin. while he does agree that something needs to be done about the whole muggleborn situation, he thinks they’re going the wrong way about it. but he really hates talking about politics because he thinks everyone just ends up making an ass of themselves. so people who are incredibly vocal about their views will annoy the crap out of him or may cause him to start up a debate. so there's a potential for enemies there. and i'm sure his house will bring him enemies as well.

as far as love interests go, he's never really dated anyway and it doesn't bother him either. girls are a lot more work than he thinks they're worth. butttt, love plots are so much fun so i want him to have one. maybe he'll finally meet someone worth pursuing.

kay so for friends, well...these two would be sort of weird. i mean, they're in the same year so they're bound to be on a 'last-name' basis. if they really got talking, well, i think i'm brave enough to say that they MIGHT be able to get along. they're both reserved but augusta does talk a lot when nervous. certain slytherins are capable of intimidating her. with landon, probably not because she'll like his sensibility. especially about the muggle-born thing. as for being enemies...landon might hate augusta but not vice versa. if he doesn't do anything to her, she won't dislike him. it's as simple as that. if they get talking, she'll become real nervous and will probably talk his head off until she's aware of it. i don't know if landon will find that extremely annoying, but it's not as if she's rambling on about stupid things either. might be a bit pointless, but she's no idiot.

LYSANDER
he's a year old than landon and he'll probably like the guy if they get talking. they're both rather aloof and lysander shares the same opinion about...well...opinionated people, haha. i can't imagine them as enemies because there's really no reason for them to become enemies. lysander never gives his input into any kind of situation unless people demand him to.

Landon & Roxanne : I can't really see these two knowing each other well enough to be friends but i can't see them hating each other either, so maybe they can become friends in the future? Like right now they are on last name basis and don't really have an opinion on each other, but they can become friends or something?

Landon & Sophia: Gonna recycle an idea here, seeing as he is a pureblood, maybe their families are pretty good friends. But I can see Sophia being somewhat intimidated by him, so she'd just avoid him if possible, but when she can't she just sort of stumble on her words and blush alot. Maybe he could interpret that as a crush or something and it just plays out from there? Like he'd start avoiding her and she'd avoid him but they'd keep on bumping in to each other?

For the history part, I play the Woods as a neutral zone during the war [ with the exception of Oliver and Katie ], so there might be a chance that they know each other because of that pureblood families thing. However, seeing that his parents were Death Eaters- I'm guessing they probably won't be good friends.

They both don't really care about politics, so I suppose they won't completely hate each other. But it might be interesting if somebody from Tinsley's family, her twin sister perhaps?, did something to anger Landon and so he would take it on Tinsley?

If that's not your cup of tea, he can just be a horrible influence on Tinsley?</sub>

I could see a friendship developing between the two of them. For now, I'd say that they just know each other as friendly acquaintances but I definitely think that we should build on that. I couldn't help but notice that you're looking for a love plot with her as well, so maybe there could be a future leading in that direction. I'm not completely sure about that one but we should definitely have them become friends and just see where it goes from there.

I could see these two being friends. It would be good for him to have a friend, haha. Especially since they both seem like pretty laid back people who are just kind along for the ride. Is he into the party scene at all?

That sounds good to me. We'll have to thread it out and see where it goes but i really can't think of a reason for him to dislike her at all, other than the whole rawr i'm a slytherin and you're a gryffindor thing. But I'm definitely interested in seeing where it goes.

I laughed when I read your idea. I'm absolutely in love with it. He's kind of cocky so I can see him mistaking her intimidation for a crush. I also like the idea of them having known each other prior to Hogwarts, its always good to have some sort of relationship with some history to it.

landon & tinsley --------

well, it depends on what her family member did to piss him off. he generally doesn't like taking out grievances on people who weren't involved but if it was something really serious I could see him taking it out on Tinsley. Though the idea of him just being a bad influence on her is really tempting. xD

oh you noticed! =] haha, it sounds like a great idea. they'd probably get paired in some class together or just bumped into each other or something. then they'd get talking and gusta will probably get rather fond of him if he proves to be nice. she's not a flirt but seeing as landon is rather cocky, he might think she'd fall over him like all the other girls. especially with the sophia thing, he might know they're friends and expect her to have a crush on him too. augusta is sorta oblivious to things like this so she'll be 'hard to get' without even noticing it. so...yeah. tell me what you think!

getting paired together in a class sounds good to me. or they could meet through sophia or something like that. heh, yeah landon is a lot cockier than he thinks he is. so he'd probably expect her to fawn over him, mainly because she and sophia are so close. but yeah, the hard to get thing works well for guys so he'd probably be intrigued by her. plus she seems like a nice person ^^ so that's always a plus.

Okay wow. They're in the same house, and their personalities seem compatible, so there is totally potential for something cool here. I could really see them as either friends or enemies, but I really can't decide. Maybe they could be close friends, but really only at parties? Sasha went through a phase where she kind of avoided the party scene... but I'm gonna say she's back into it now... so perhaps they could be those weird kind of superficial friends that are crazy awesome beer pong partners or something. haaaa.
