when you first hear 'parkinson,' does it not give you the shivers? generations of parkinsons' have went to hogwarts, lived in the slytherin house, and generally made life for others downright painful. in other words, they'll deliver hell straight to your doorsteps.
but then again, that was then and this is now. after being born out of a wedlock, madeline, for several years, have taken it upon herself to take care of her heart-broken mother. now nineteen years old and living as a snake, she doesn't disappoint.
she's naturally cold and distant. her brain is always plotting, always coming up with a plan. somehow, madeline's always beend drawn in to trouble and excitement. however, if you look deep inside, you can find her to be sincere and loyal. that is, for a good cause.
however, she's easily offended. if you just make one small comment, make one small move- she'll put a price on your head. she'll go out of her way to cause trouble for others if they've screwed her, or her family, over. in other words- she's a bitch when she wants to be.

naturally, madeline is drawn to others in her house. hence, slytherins and snakes. normally, she sticks with family friends; notts, macnairs, etc. she is capable of having friends within other houses, but don't expect her to start the conversation. for the most part, if you're a good friend, madeline will fight your fights along with hers.

most likely, this list will be longer then her friend's one. like i've quoted above, madeline is naturally vengeful. if you mess with her once- she'll hate you for the rest of her life. most importantly, if your family opposses hers, she'll be required to hate you. no questions asked.

despite having a love-struck and heart-broken mother, madeline's never been a believer. love is a silly, cruel thing that doesn't exist, in her mind. the only reason why madeline would be involved in a relationship would be to continue the family line. however, flings are common to her- because you know she'll only break your heart if you get attached.

hmm, well. i have one university student; anna (:
anna probably wouldn't have much to do with madeline, she's a gryffindor and generally dislikes the whole debate between muggles and wizards- she much prefers the muggle world to the wizarding one and almost wishes that she'd been lucky to stay as a muggle rather than being sent to hogwarts. she is however, happier now she's at university and doing muggle studies, which she's very well suited to. i was hoping to get her accidentally roped into something really dangerous by a friend or something, and she'll probably go a little out of control for a while, so i'm not sure how well her and madeline could get on then? i don't know, sorry >.< i just thought i'd put her out there!

Madeline is very opposed to the idea of continuing the peace with muggles. Well, she's very opposed to the idea of anyone challenging her, or her family's beliefs, I suppose.
I can see her trying to make Anna tick, since their majors clash against each others. She'll probably go out of her way to cause trouble for Anna, but only if she feels like she needs to.
Otherwise then that, I can't see why they would have very many interactions.

Seeing as the meeting in the cafe didn't go over to well, i'm thinking that Zarina and Madeline won't be bffs. Zarina thinks of Madeline as a brat, we could make things a bit more interesting, however, if these two go paired up for something, like maybe Madeline needed tutoring or something, and the student resource center paired them up?
