Well Lance is a pretty likeable guy, I'm sure he'd have plenty of friends - amongst both staff and students (he's pretty immature and doesn't like to admit that he's as old as he is, so hanging out with students is a possibility - if they'll have him!) He's fairly easy going and none-too-objectionable by nature and does enjoy a good drink and a bit of banter.

Hmm, don't think this category will be too full - maybe people who support other Quidditch teams who have a grudge for his part in the Magpies winning the league; or people who don't think just because he's made his name that he should be appointed to a post teaching when he has no experience? Or some jealousy... idunnookay?

Lance is quite the flirt, though he's very innocent about it - yes he'll make comments and charm the pants off of you, but not usually in a literal way - alot more reserved in such matters than his confident nature would lead you to believe. Females will be flirted with, just to prove to himself that he can, but he doesn't let people get much closer than that frequently.

He's earned some fans from his Quidditch days so people who know him or want to know him from that are welcome. Someone who knows about his affliction - well, that's a bit cliche, but if anyone's got any ideas surrounding his condition, I'm willing to listen to them. Or, yeah whatever, go nuts! |

so i sense some sort of respect between those two. however, tinsley couldn't care less. so...he could her godfather or something?

Yep sounds like a good idea - though would that realistically happen, Lance would only have been 11 when Tinsley was born and Oliver wouldn't have known him then..? Unless there's a way around that. Maybe he's like "uncle" Lance, friend of the family or that? Whichever way, I suppose maybe Tinsley would wonder why he got fired since she knows him better than think that he would do the stuff that he was accused of..? Or maybe she thinks that he did do it and feels like taking a dig?

Well they're about the same age so maybe they could have recently become friends (since Lance has only recently - talking weeks - joined the school) and Matthew can gripe about whatever he wants to Lance over a couple of drinks on a couple of nights a week or whatever? tinsley & lance the family friend part sounds good. ^^; tinsley doesn't listen to gossip anyways, and she'd rather see the good side in people. so that works.  matthew & lance sounds good to me. ^^; |
