this is the rescue, the rescueTHE REASON I'VE BEEN HOLDING MY BREATH EVERY NIGHT- - - - - - - - - - because of the latter. Augusta hated crowds. She thought they were just awful and noisy. That was one of the things she cannot stand. So here she was now, meandering along the lane that would lead her back to Hogwarts. She looked up at the cloudless sky, the air no longer smelled like rain, like it did when she arrived. It was a perfect spring afternoon. Augusta didn’t even like spring. The wet season was a bit gloomy and she preferred fall to all the other seasons. Summer was all right as well, if it wasn’t too humid. She’d always loved chilly weather, it gave her an excuse to dress warmly. Summer wardrobes made her uncomfortable, the things teens would wear these days scared her. They showed too much skin, Augusta wore skirts and dresses, but they’d at least go further than mid-thigh or have tights underneath! All in all, she dressed respectifully, it was the impression she’d like to give off. Why would girls want boys to look at them like that? It was disgusting, vile and they complained about what jerks boys were. Augusta kicked a pebble as she snorted. She’d never understand what went on in people’s heads all day. Ah, now she was being a hypocrite. She shook her head, as if that would clear her head. It didn’t, obviously and only made her confused for quick seconds. She’d come to Hogsmeade with a girl she didn’t know so well. Her other friends weren’t up for it today. Augusta was pretty I ndependent, and she knew where she wanted to be and go. She came to the gates rather dejectedly. It was such a lovely day…she didn’t feel like going inside. Hm, maybe I’ll just go to the courtyard or something. She came to the gargoyles and yanked at the gate. It would open. What? This never happened, the gates could recognize a Hogwarts student…why wasn’t it opening for her? Realization dawned upon her as she remembered the same thing happening to a group of girls last week. The gamekeeper must’ve forgot to put the spell on again. Augusta was usually at Hogsmeade until she had to go back. Pursing her lips, she looked at the gargoyles. They looked as if they were chatising her from their expressions. She just shook her head and sat on a patch of grass beside the gates. Leaning against the convenient tree behind her, she closed her eyes, not intending to sleep though. Her eyes flew open when she heard a noise. Nope, only the wind. Why was she so paranoid? Augusta sat straighter and fiddled with the locket around her neck. It opened with a little ‘click’. The heart shaped trinklet held a stationary photograph of Augusta and her father. She was only seven there and her head was resting upon his shoulder, eyes fighting to stay open and ended up looking ‘deer and headlights’ like. It was a bad picture of her, but she thought it was a lovely thing to look at, which it was. Her eyes glazed over slightly but recovered in a few seconds. It wasn’t as if he were dead or anything. Augusta just missed her, like some homesick first year. She forced a smile and tossed her shoulder length curls. This was perfectly ridiculous. How funny she probably looked at the moment. Did she care? No, it wasn’t as if anyone would come traipsing by anyway. Augusta snapped her locket shut and blinked a few times. She wished that she could be tired, taking a nap would be a wonderful way to pass the time right now. But she had to endure the boredom which was bound to begin any minute now. Humming a song she heard in a muggle store, she wished Hogwarts allowed musical devices. Augusta had to sing to herself to stay content. It was so peaceful, and sort of overwhelming to feel that. Professors were taking it easy for the past week, Augusta never felt so carefree in ages. She wanted that Head Girl position next year, and was determined to get it. Smiling absently, she started to drift off. Her eyes were glued to a tree in the distance but she wasn’t of that. Augusta was somewhere off in the future, a place she was often at. People say ‘don’t dwell in the past’, the same should go for future. That was the thing about Augusta, she was way too ambitious. Wasn’t that Slytherin trait? Hm, maybe she did have something in common with those students were were so fond of mocking her. It was funny how they thought she’d actually be affected by their attempts. Longbottoms were made of stronger stuff that that, as Neville had proven in his last years at Hogwarts. You’d think people would actually get over the past. Why did humans have to be so bitter about losing and ignorant to what is plainly in front of them? Sighing, she looked at the watch on her narrow wrist. Still about forty five minutes until the gamekeeper would come to the gates. Roxanne smiled, she loved the sunny weather they were enjoying. She’d always been a girl who loved summer, she loved it, and she loved wearing dresses and shorts. She loved the way the sun felt on her skin. It warmed her heart to think that school was almost over. Roxanne made her way down the path on the way back to the castle. She knew that she would be early, but there really was no reason to stay. That was the thing with Hogsmeade after awhile it became repetitive, there really was only one reason Roxanne went to Hogsmeade every available weekend: her father’s shop.
George Weasley had opened up a shop in Hogsmeade a few years after the war, usually it wasn’t a guarantee which store he would be at, he would just randomly chose to go a store, it was just the way he was, but since Fred’s third year, George had made it a point to go to the Hogsmeade shop every Hogsmeade weekend. This allowed him to visit his children and ensure that everything was going well with them. He was after all their father and he always wanted what was best for them, they were after all his children.
Roxanne opened the door to her father’s shop and smiled at the sight before her. It was still early on in the day, and the students were all lined up in front of Honeydukes in hopes of getting the new candy. Roxanne knew that no matter when she went she would have to wait in line, with this knowledge she decided to meet her father first. When she entered the store, she found him standing behind the counter, with a large grin on his face, looking quite pleased with himself. Roxanne made her way over happily. She loved the fact that her father had a shop in Hogsmeade, it allowed her to see him. She made her behind the counter and gave her father a hug “Hi daddy” she said with a smile. She soon found out that her father had gotten herself and Fred a sample of the new candy, and couldn’t wait to give it to them. Roxanne giggled at her father’s excitement. Roxanne spent the next few hours to talking to her father, she told him about school, she told him about the virus, she left out only one thing, she’d tell him later. She asked about her mother, and her grandparents and aunts and uncles, she was happy to hear they were doing well. It had been odd not being able to go home over the Christmas break; she had missed her family terribly. It was the first Christmas she hadn’t spent at the burrow. As her father told her stories, she couldn’t help but feel slightly guilty for not telling him the most important thing. She needed to tell him that she was in love. For the first time in her life she was in love, sure she’d dated boys before, but she’d never been in love. Even when she had dated other boys it was always hard for her to tell her father, he was usually the last to know. Roxanne didn’t know why this was, but it was that way. She could clearly remember when she had gotten her first boyfriend in the beginning of her forth year, she had dated him for two hole months before she worked up the courage to tell her father. By this time everyone else knew, Roxanne had begged them not to tell him, because she wanted to. But it was hard for her, maybe it was because she’d never forget the look he had one his face the day she told him. It was the oddest look of grief. Her mother told her it was because it had awoken him to the fact that she was growing up. Whatever it was, she was always afraid to. Roxanne glanced down at her wrist and noticed the time; she was to meet her friends soon. She informed her father of this and they both got up and headed towards the door. She hugged her father once more “I love you daddy and it was nice to see you”s she said opening the door. Right before she left she plucked up her courage and turned back once more “Daddy, I need to tell you, that I’m in love with Zeke” she said softly. She saw a look of confusion followed by shock register on her father’s face. She felt heat rise up in cheeks, she sent one last smile to her father before she left the store and quickly made her way down the road to the Tree Broomsticks . She could just imagine the conversation her parents would have tonight. Of course for once, her father was the first to know something about Roxanne’s love life.
Roxanne spent an hour or so in the Three Broomsticks with a few friends. They gossiped, giggled and had a good laugh together, before splitting up. They wanted to go do some shopping and Roxanne decided to head back. Roxanne made her way back down the path to the School. She was in no general rush to get to the school. She’d be more than happy to spend time outside today. There was work awaiting her in the castle, work she really didn’t want to do. Roxanne really didn’t see the point of staying in school, she knew what she wanted to do and an extra year of potions wouldn’t help her. But her parents seemed to disagree; they claimed she needed to stay, even when Roxanne pointed out that her father never completed his second year. He claimed to regret it, but Roxanne didn’t buy it.
As she approached the castle she saw a familiar figure sitting on the grass. Roxanne smiled as she made her way over to the girl “Hey you” she said giving Augusta a piece of the candy her father had given her. She knew Augusta probably wouldn’t have had any yet, due to the fact she disliked crowds. Something that made Roxanne chuckled, because Augusta was a huge fan of the Weasley family and in Roxanne’s opinion she and her family were basically and crowd of insanity.

this is the rescue, the rescueTHE REASON I'VE BEEN HOLDING MY BREATH EVERY NIGHT- - - - - - - - - - "Roxanne, hi!" She responded rather quickly. Her flippy tongue was the cause of her rapid speech at times. She couldn't help it, the lovely weather had gotten to her. "Aw, thanks!" She continued gratefully, taking the candy and studying it. It looked like taffy, hm, seemed like Honeydukes was running out of ideas. She shrugged and shot a grateful look at her friend. "I see you've made it out alive and still managed to get this." Augusta grinned cheekily and tried to imagine how bustling Hogsmeade was at the moment. The students had less than an hour to do what they wanted to do. She'd stopped by to say hello to Roxanne's dad shortly, which was one of the first things she did. It was lovely having a family friend close to Hogwarts. Made her feel better about being far from home. She nibbled on the sweet like a rabbit, a habit she'd grew accustomed to when trying new things. Hm, the candy was actually all right; better than it looked that was for sure. "And how are you on this lovely day?" She inquired softly, looking up at the sky again. The light blue affected her sensitive eyes a bit, but she endured. This was the one day without clouds. Those puffy masses were always a nuisance to Augusta, and she didn't know why people would stare at them for hours. Was that not extremely irritating? She looked at Roxanne again, her vision a little out of whack for a few quick seconds. Studying her friend, she noticed how much had changed. Roxanne had always been a great friend of hers, a girl who she'd looked up to for many things. Of course, their house separation sort of made them distant, but the two were still considerably close. Augusta could go to her with anything, appreciative of the fact that Roxanne would judge her. Well, at least not aloud. People loved lecturing Augusta about things, did they take her for an idiot? They had to because most of the advice had been horrible. They all clearly had no idea what they'd been talking about. She'd matured a great deal, as did all people when growing up. As for habits that till remained to this very day...she knew it was stuck with them for life. Like rambling, drifting off and walking around with her nose in a muggle book. Some things just refused to leave. Now thinking about it, Roxanne and her hadn't had a conversation in a long time. There were some rumors going around about her. Not bad ones, only something about her and some Greer fellow. Word spread fast amongst within the stony walls of Hogwarts. Augusta always refused to listen and take part in gossip but being surrounded by Hufflepuff girls was overbearing. She was bound to hear something. Apparently Peakes had seen them in the library, making out. Even if she was very curious, she wasn't going to nose into the matter. If Roxanne didn't want to share, it was totally fine. Augusta knew what it was like to have her privacy invaded.[/ul] - - - - - - - - - - roxanne! music! search the city! words! 704! outfit! click!graphics! caution!template! Roxanne laughed, as her friend commented that she had made it out alive “Imagine, no I’d still be in line if I had gotten this from Honeydukes. Daddy managed to get some for Fred and I, he was quite pleased about it, until you came in to visit him, he told me he felt like a heel for not getting you some too. So I told him I’d share mine with you” Roxanne explained “He sends his apologies though, you know dad, his mind is always somewhere else” she said with a fond smile. She was glad that Augusta and her father had a good relationship. She was quite fond of Neville as well, she missed him, and she much preferred it when he used to teach at the castle, it was nice having an adult who cared there. Roxanne didn’t say this, however, she knew that Augusta probably felt the same way, after all Neville was her father and it must be odd for her to not have her father around the school anymore. But then again she wasn’t too sure she’d want her parents to be teachers at the school it would make sneaking out and cutting class a fair bit more difficult. She could just imagine the tabs her parents would keep on her if they were professors here. The thought made Roxanne shudder.
“It is a lovely day isn’t it?” Roxanne echoed happily. “I’m pretty good, how about you? How are you? It’s been a while since we had out last heart to heart” Roxanne said kindly in a cheerful tone. The Gryffindor may be filled with faults but she was a true friend trough and through. She didn’t like it when people messed with her friends, and she hated falling out of contact with her friends. Sadly she seemed to have done that quite a bit during the winter months; she was going to right that now. She was going to reestablish her contact with all of her friends now. She’d already managed to get one relationship back on track now it was time to get the other one’s there as well.
Roxanne looked up at the gates and noted their decay for the first time. In the previous years she had always seen the broken down gates as a symbol of Hogwarts strength and resistance. She always thought that the broken gates said that you can try and break us down, and it may seem like it’s working, but you can never destroy us.. Recent events had changed that for her the gates were no longer a symbol of strength, they now symbolized the evil that had slipped into the castle with the help of a few cracks it scared Roxanne to think that it was students that had done this. People she knew, people who could potentially have slept under the same roof as her had done this. They had unleashed this virus on innocent students. A weight formed on her heart when she thought of those lost, especially the young children, the poor little first years, it wasn’t their fault, their poor parents. They had sent their child to a strange school, only to lose that child. It wasn’t fair. She couldn’t even imagine the pain that the parents must be suffering. She could imagine some of the parents blaming themselves, some would hate magic. She didn’t blame them, their first and only experience with magic had lead to the death of their child. She too would hate it.
“How have you been holding up recently? Your dad okay?” she asked her old friend. She didn’t feel awkward around her at all. The two girls had known each other since they were in diapers. They’d both played in the same houses, really the Longbottoms were family. They were invited to every family event there was and no one questioned their presence. It was as though Neville was another brother and Augusta was a cousin. Roxanne had always loved that about her family, they adopted anyone and everyone into the family, sure that meant that at one point, the seams of the burrow were constantly at their breaking point. But that was a part of the Burrows charm, just too many darn people in the house, but at least they all loved each other. Love made it alright to step on a few toes.

this is the rescue, the rescueTHE REASON I'VE BEEN HOLDING MY BREATH EVERY NIGHT- - - - - - - - - - Augusta remarked as she studied the piece of candy in her hand. Family was really important with the Weasleys and Potters. The Longbottoms and Scamanders were very close family friends, but were told to address them as if they were real family. Augusta had no problem with that. Though the get-togethers usually got a little out of hand on most occasions, she still enjoyed them all the same. She just loved it how everyone managed to get along with others. Neville Longbottom didn’t get along with everyone. That was fairly obvious. But everyone in the Potter/Weasley clan seemed to like her dad, which put her at ease. Oddly, she was rather over protective of her own father, his awkwardness made her this way. Luckily, most of his awkwardness was found charming, though many mistook it as ‘aloof’ nowadays. It’s funny how people assume differently when you’re older. Roxanne continued to speak and Augusta listened quietly. Oh , it was very true. The two hadn’t talked in the longest time. But both did lead very different school lives. “Oh, it’s been too long, Roxy. But I have to admit, you haven’t really missed much.” She pulled a little grimace. The last few weeks had been really boring. It was unsatisfying because something was ALWAYS happening. Not necessarily with her though. Mostly with her friends and such. “How about you? I’ve got the feeling that I’ve missed a lot…” She couldn’t help but add. It was true, Augusta always managed to miss a lot of things. She didn’t pay attention, that was the main reason. She hated it when people called her slow though. Why did everyone think she was stupid? Whoever made up the dumb blonde concept had created this whole stereotype. Being a Hufflepuff didn’t help in any way. Augusta casted that thought aside “How have you been holding up recently? Your dad okay?”Augusta thought it was lovely of Roxanne to ask. Most wouldn’t bother or care. Then again, her friend was a very very close childhood friend. This sort of question would be expected. She was content anyways. “Oh, I’m been all right. Dad says he’s fine as well, judging from his last owl.” She chewed on her lower lip as she remembered how curt the letter had been. Oh well, being a mediwizard was no walk in the park. Augusta just had to accept that. “What a scare that virus was, huh?” She said uncomfortably. Hopefully she hadn’t touched a soft spot. She didn’t exactly know what’d went on with Roxanne during that time. What a dreadful time it was as well. Several friends got sick, and Augusta was immune to the virus. That was, until later. Luckily, the cure had came out and it’d been a small deal. But what a big deal her father had made though. She had to be sent to St. Mungo’s, just because Neville had wanted to see her. Augusta unintentionally fidgeted with her locket again. She always did, whenever she thought of her dad. She felt like a little girl, hence letting go of the locket. Augusta looked into the distance, timidly waiting for a reply. The expression of her eyes held a bit of Auntie Luna's intensity and size. Augusta gave her head a shake and raked her fingers through her blonde hair. She needed to wake up. Roxanne smiled and nodded happily “Will do,” she told her friend cheerfully. She knew it wouldn’t matter much, in the end even if she forgot, her father wouldn’t care. Her father viewed Augusta as one of his nieces. She wouldn’t be surprised if her father occasionally forgot that Augusta wasn’t in fact one of the Weasleys. She had often heard her father say that there were just too many to keep straight. And it could be true; birthday’s got a bit crazy when it came to the Weasley household, luckily it had become a tradition to go to the burrow on ones birthday and meet up with the family. It was always great fun and slightly chaotic. But she wouldn’t have it any other way. Roxanne loved her huge family and the fact that her family always seemed larger then it was simply because they adopted other families. The Weasleys seem to pride themselves on relating themselves to as many people as possible; they just didn’t care if it was through, weddings, biologically or just random adaptations they made. As long as their family grew they were a happy bunch.
She rolled her eyes as Augusta said there wasn’t much going on, Roxanne was sure there was, life always had something going on, it just depended on if you took notice of it or not. “Oh, I’m sure there’s something, you just don’t realize it” she told her friend kindly. She couldn’t help but smile a little when her friend asked about her life. She bit her bottom lip and smiled at her friend. “Yea…” she said with a soft smile, she couldn’t help herself, lately it seemed that she turned to a happy little girl whenever she thought of what happened. She couldn’t really help herself. It just made her happy to think that things were finally working out. She’d been down for a while, but it seemed that the sun had finally come out and was shinning down on her. “You know Zeke right? she asked her friend with a happy little smile, she knew that even if Augusta didn’t know him in person, she’d know him by reputation, Roxanne did have many stories with him, and he had been over quite a bit. “Well, we’re together now” she said happily. She felt light hearted and a little part of her wanted to jump up and down and dance every time she said the words together out loud, but she controlled herself.
Roxanne smiled as Augusta reassured her that her father was alright. “I’m glad to hear that uncle Neville is doing well, I haven’t seen him in ages, I do miss having him around the school.” she told her friend quietly. She knew that Neville was a mediwizard now, a demanding career, one that would bring him immense self satisfaction and peace. Uncle Neville had always been a true Gryffindor, standing up for what he believed in and protecting his friends, it only made sense that he made a career out of helping people.
At the mention of the virus, Roxanne felt her heart sink a little bit. The memorial service had been a few days ago, and it still haunted her. Secrets and rumors were swirling the castle. It seemed that some students had ended up killing other ones. No one knew who had been murdered out of those dead and who had done the killers. It scared her slightly. It was frightening to think that, there was so much darkness in the students of Hogwarts, four students had started the virus, and a few had killed others. Hogwarts didn’t seem so safe anymore. “It was terrible” she muttered softly, the faces of the friends she had lost flashing before her eyes. Maybe she wasn’t quite ready to move on yet.

this is the rescue, the rescueTHE REASON I'VE BEEN HOLDING MY BREATH EVERY NIGHT- - - - - - - - - - She grimaced and looked at Roxanne. Why couldn't she be more like her? Carefree, and optimistic. Augusta could appear that way as well...but it was pretty much all an act. She raised her eyebrows when Roxanne bit down on lip, and smiled. A different smile. Augusta sat up, and faced her completely. When she asked about Ezekiel, Augusta's eyes widened a whole lot. Really? Ezekiel? “I knew I’d missed a lot. Roxanne, this is great news! I hope you’re really happy with him.” She pressured the latter sentence. She’d always wanted the best for her cousin. She hoped Ezekiel was good to her, because she didn’t know the guy that well. And gossip was way over her head, if you participated...you'd be included in it. Better safe than sorry. Augusta's lips pulled at a little smile at this thought. "Wow. I wonder how it happened. I don't think anybody knew before." She remarked absently. It was strange, thinking of how everybody was starting get boyfriends an such. Augusta had never been experienced in that area. She cleared her throat a tad bit uncomfortably. It'd been a long time since she had any romantic feelings for any boy. Maybe that was why her life was so dull at the moment? Ha, boys weren't the world to Augusta. Not even close to being it. So why would they affect so many girls, force them to change for their cocky selves. Hm, maybe she was being sexist. But what else was new? Everybody knew Augusta had a little something against boys. Probably explained why her only guy friend was Ben, who was a fellow Hufflepuff and had always been by Augusta’s side through the years. Some people called her proud, and how she had no reason to be that way. They were right, just not about Augusta. A wide smile split across her face as Roxanne stated that she missed her dad. That was good to hear, it was good to hear things about her favorite people in general. And having a father so accepted made her warm inside. She’d been a little hesitant at the beginning, going to a school that her father had taught at. But things proved to be different, many of his Herbology students seemed to have like the quiet yet stern man. Paintings around the castle had always said how Neville Longbottom changed a great deal. “He’s so busy all the time. Sometimes even mum wishes he were still a Herbology professor. But he seems happier I suppose, which I just don’t understand. It’s a traumatic experience…being a mediwizard. Especially after that break out. His owls during that time had been so short and I knew he was sort of depressed.” Augusta didn’t bother to disguise her words. She knew she could trust Roxanne, plus she had to get it out. It’d been troubling her inside. Chewing on her lower lip, she looked up at the sky. Her dangerously glassy eyes used the bright sun as an excuse to why they looked that way. Augusta had no reason to cry, she was being such a baby. She was a girl who’d always just shrug everything off. Didn’t bother with anything that would get her upset. Simply put, she was just too happy. Something would come her way that would devastate her…one day. And hopefully that day wouldn’t come for a bit, her maturity level had to improve. Looking at Roxanne’s face again, she regretted bringing it up. Augusta had never been good with her words. And seeing anybody suddenly upset was disheartening, especially when the atmosphere of the day was splendid. She smiled sympathetically and apologetically at the same time. Even if the situation didn’t call for a smile, a frown would make it worse. Plus, that’s all that Augusta could really offer. A smile. She didn’t know what to really say because she hadn’t been very involved in her cousin’s life. She nodded in agreement and stayed quiet for a bit. “Well what happens, happens, I suppose. But I can’t help but wonder how everything happened.” [/ul] - - - - - - - - - - roxanne! music! search the city! words! 733! outfit! click!graphics! caution!template! At the mention of homework, Roxanne felt a familiar feeling of stress come back. She had a ridiculous amount of work back up in the common room and she really had no wish to get to it. She could think of a million other things she’d rather be doing. And the list included cleaning out her dorm room. Anything would be better then attempting to tackle a four foot essay on the giant rebellions or two rolls of parchment proving that a love potion was in fact the most dangerous potion out there. Neither of the assignments held much appeal to Roxanne.
Roxanne giggled a little at her friends words. It was so typical of Augusta to not have an inkling about the gossip around the school. “Don’t worry you haven’t missed much, it’s quite honest really. Well I guess that actually depends on how you look at it. I mean we’ve known each other for years…but yea. And actually apparently half the castle knew it was coming. I mean people have been coming up to us forever and asking us if we were together, before we actually got together. But it was just kind of a natural thing for us, I mean we’d been avoiding each other for a few months, because well…I’m sure you’ve heard about what I did around Christmas time, but he found me in the library and we talked and he told me he loved me, and it kind of just all fell into place” Roxanne gushed for a few moments. She couldn’t help herself when she talked about him. She could see the images of what had happened in the library replaying in her mind as she told the story and they brought a smile to her lips. She still couldn’t believe that it was all working out for her and for once it was without any drama. It was sweet and simple.
“What about you? Any boys you like?” Roxanne asked curiously with a smirk. She couldn’t even remember the last time her friend had liked a boy. The only time she was seen with one that wasn’t a Weasley, Potter or another family member, it was her friend Ben from Hufflepuff. Personally Roxanne had always thought they would be a cute couple, but Augusta insisted that they were friends and nothing more. Roxanne knew better then to question that, platonic friendships did exists between girls and boys. Roxanne had at least one platonic friendship and she was grateful for it. Having a guy friend was a great way to stay grounded and get good advice.
Roxanne gave a small sympathetic smile, “Oh it probably is, but you know what, your dad has always loved helping people and this probably gives him a feel of self fulfillment. You know?” Roxanne said gently. She knew Augusta worried about her father. Like Roxanne Augusta was a daddy’s girl trough and trough.
Roxanne thought about her friends words and looked at her for a moment “Some people are just cruel, you know?” she said slowly “I mean it takes a seriously deranged person to create a virus that kills people based on blood purity. Who would have thought it was even possible? The people who did this were twisted, that’s all there is to it.” Roxanne said a touch of anger in her voice. It was because of these people that so many lives were lost. It was because of a few heartless people that there were shells of people walking around. Roxanne tried to push the thoughts out of her mind. There was no point dwelling on the past, but she knew deep down inside that if she ever found out who it was she would hex them into oblivion.
Forcing a small smile onto her face, Roxanne shifted her arms behind her and placed her weight onto her arms as she stretched out her legs in front of her. She enjoyed the feeling of the suns warm rays on her skin. It was a lovely feeling to experience.
