Alrighty. I'm just gonna post these before I forget them. ( : Some of these are mini-plots, but still.
- - - A masquerade ball; Everybody will be in masks and costumes, so hardly anyone would be able to tell who's who. One can easily be mistaken for another [ -coughcough- ]
- - - bachelor/bachelorette auction This might be a bit complicated. So let's say Hogwarts is trying to keep the spirits up, despite the deaths. One character can enter the auction [ by force, or not ] and there can be a little page where someone can bid on them and the results will actually be the roleplay. And if there's a tie...double/triple/whatever date?
- - - Ever been in Home Ec? Students are paired up with another student to do whatever- raise a baby, watch a toddler, etc. But the point is- they can't leave each other.
- - - Competition; I just thought I might add to this. ( : If you've ever read the Hunger Games, you know what I'm talking about. Except you know- no killing [ unless you want to kill off a character? ] 1) One/two person[people] from each house. 2) You draw names [ ha. ( : ] 3) Let's say your first-year brother gets picked. You can offer to do the competition for him.
BUT THEY ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS. hate it, love it, etc. ^^;

Masquerade balls seem a bit overdone, but it could be fun anyway. :] I like the home ec idea most, I think... although I don't understand how the competition works...

Each house1 tributes to praticipate in the games. The ultimate prize for the winning tribute is an ______________________ . A district lottery chooses the tributes from every child between the ages of 12 and 18. Once chosen there is absolutely no choice but participation. The gladiatorial event is highly publicized.
BTW- I can't take credit for the rules. It's from the Hunger Games, but it might fit in.

Thank you Roz ! ^^; And you too, Alicia. And yeah, just something that just popped in my head one day.

All of them sound fantastic. And I'm willing to force Dei into any of 'em. >=D
I like the Home Ec one, personally. And The Hunger Games-esque thing.

BTW- Vampire diaries? Great muse. ( :
SURVIVAL.
After recent events, Hogwarts decides that they need to toughen up it's students. A professor, we can use mine if you'd like, gets every student from every year into a classroom. This is a spin-off of the Home Ec. idea, by the way.
For every student, the professor takes advantage of his or her weaknesses. Let's say your character has a good build, is tough, have a lot of strength, etc. The professor would take away his or her strength, leaving him or her virtually weak and undefended.
If your character is a master at jinxes. The professor would cast a jinx on your character, a taste of his or her own medicine. Get the point?
SPIN-OFF POINT; They'll have to stay that way for a certain amount of time. Even in other classes.

The survival games sounds more fun really although Astoria wouldn't be participating unless you drew the staff into the madness
